See this is acceptable complaining about officials.
When you complain about officials and say that it's Delaney's fault because he wants UM/OSU/NU to do well, then it's stupid.
(psubills, if you don't know what I'm referring to, MSU fans are convinced there's a conspiracy against them)

Haha, well there's conspiracy theories on our board too about Delany. Not sure why he wouldn't want MSU to do well, though.
I complain about it and I get frustrated (and frankly, as a fan of CFB I think I do have a right to complain about officials), but in the end I know PSU can always improve.
Like...be able to freaking defend that dang toss play for once! Come on, Nebraska's run that about 50% of the time and we still can't stop them.

Seriously, they can't actually say he wasn't down there. Helmet and arm (at least) were down, if not knee too.

I know, I was thinking the same thing.
My thought is yes because in general I had heard the rule is anything but your feet and hands.
