Sounds like crap, walk away. Rear-wheel drive? Bad in the snow I believe.

Everything else on the car sounded like it was in great shape, though. My dad even told me if the price was dropped a bit more on it, then we'd still buy it.

Definitely have a mechanic check it out. Whatever car you buy, it has to be dependable. You don't have time to mess around with crap when you're in college. Don't spend all your money on the car, you need some for registration, gas, upkeep, insurance, etc. Good luck. Use this site for great info and accurate vehicle value assessments.

Ha. well the funny thing is that my dads best friend (who is a mechanic and has his own shop) checked it out today, and that's how I learned of the repairs it needs.

Great! Keep at it. Get something that's good in the snow. I love my Jeep, I never have to look at the weather forecast because IDGAF. banana

I wouldn't worry about getting something that drives well in the snow. Anything will drive well in the snow if you're not driving like an a** in my experience. Hell I drove my Accord w/ balding tires on crappy roads the day after the Big Chill and was fine. Just don't be an idiot.

This obviously doesn't hold up in remote areas where snow accumulates a bunch on roads/highways.

lol Then stick with the Jeep.

I'm thinking I may need to get a second vehicle when I move out to Wyoming. Something with AWD for the winters. The crazy winds + snow probably requires this.

I think after OSU caught wind of the UF visit, they pulled his offer.
They just did it to Neal and LSU, and was going to do it to Dunn and UofM in December if he visited again.
He got his offer pulled IMHO once they found out they visited Florida, then daddy created a story to create the decommit.
OSU would not take Anzalone after his dad's national comments yesterday, that ain't ever going to happen, his dad blew that bridge up.
Enjoy 4/5 losses a year with Muschamp, he will never capture the magic and fear Meyer created at UF and owned college football while he was there.
Look at Florida's schedule, they are headed for another 6 loss season, Muschamp is over his head against better coaches in the SEC and now FSU as well.. Meyer also stole Marrotti, the best S and C guy in the business and Pantoni, UF lost a lot more than Meyer when they lost Marrotti to OSU.

The math section was really easy, english wasn't bad, but my problem is that the essay topic was horrible so I didn't even start my conclusion sentence.

Ouch, sorry to hear that. I hope the rest of it went well enough to make up for it
