D was just entirely unprepared for that switch to the passing offense. I guess our passing D isn't quite as good as some people here have hyped them up to be.

I hope there are some.serious adjustments made. This is awful. Mattison needs to get the correct personnel and scheme going. They need to get aggressive.

The passing D is good, but it is not #1 in the nation where I think it stands in some stats. That is because the B1G is awful and we faced a basically run only team in Air Force.

Just not a good 1st half defensive performance. The tackling was sub-par.

I see Vince Young too, but he just felt faster. Course that may be me remembering him more ideally since he was a while ago.

I thought it was an absolute horrible play call by Borges. Devin had been taking off and running on 3rd down from the pocket. No reason to shrink the field on a designed rollout with all the traffic moving with him. Leave Devin in the pocket and if he sees a lane he can take off for the first down.

Don't forget about Bryant. He is built for the line we want and if he can recover from his injury he should be a starter next year.

It's decent but it's been rarely tested. I think our secondary is above average but people here have been acting like opponents are scared of it. Northwestern ran the ball because Colter is their Denard, the guy is a running back who can throw the occasional pass. Siemian is more a typical Northwestern QB and can air it out, he's not great or else they wouldn't have gone to Colter but he obviously was good enough on that drive to exploit that Michigan D like he's a Bangkok sweatshop owner and our D is a bunch of rural orphans.
