i am not a recruiting expert like all of you but this thread makes me wonder how tosu could be left with scraps when we have had two great classes in a row and if i am not mistaken 3 of last four we were ranked higher then mich? not sure about that. if we are left with ol scraps then i would say m has been left with skill possition scraps? ie green will be blue but would have been a buck if we had continued with him and not pulled his offer. i would say that is the defination of picking up scraps....just wondering who will be carring the ball next year and catching your passes? seriously is there some stud redshirt i am not aware of? or is hoke going to switch a lineman to rb? just my opinion but any game that m will need to score more then 21 could be a loss. long term i do think m will be ok but next year i see another drop off coming before the climb

Might be Munger....he's visiting FSU as an OL recruit. We had him pegged at DT, but many think his best position to be OL...we'll see...I don't care nor lose sleep over 18 year old kids having trouble deciding where to spend their college career. Hope he makes a decision that's right for him. OSU, nor any other real team will be made or lost with one recruit...meltdowns are funny though...

well good thing ohio isnt recruiting him then....but tosu went in a different direction that much is very clear and told him to look elsewhere....personally i think we made a mistake on this kid, i think he will be a hell of a back. actually hope he plays for the blue so i can watch him weekly.... he would start from week one for m for tosu he would be maybe 4th in line good luck to him......so let me get this straight i have to read the entire 55 pages before giving my opinion? not
no doubt we need to land some linemen but to say we are getting the scraps at ol is not true....like mr woodson said if dawson and decker are scraps please keep them coming....we must be good at rb if we are telling the number 1 rb to look elsewhere huh?????

You could be losing both O'Connor and Munger. Not that either is a "must have" talent, but if you lose Munger he will be the third decommit you've had from this class. Maybe Urbie doesn't have some special magical touch when it comes to retaining and flipping commits after all? And O'Connor is a desperately needed body on the OL, which expains the meltdown on BN. Even if you somehow pull a good 2014 OL class, they won't be ready to really contribute until at least 2015 or 2016. But then again, being the highly knowlegeable football fan that you are, I'm sure you knew that.

I'm not familiar with koobjoe's work, but I'd definitely make a "trial" trade.
Soflabuck comes to the board with a different user name every day spewing crap, gets banned, comes back with another one. I can't imagine having that much time to spend on it or care enough to get a rise out of people.

. And what i say about accepting a scholarship, getting home sick and bailing on your team(especially in a thin OL)is true damn it!
Whatever. On to the next one

Hey, in all fairness, "pussy" was directly quoting SonnyD - that's what he called Joey O'Connor as soon rumors of him leaving hit Bucknuts.
Trouble in paradise...it's all good.

Will Meyer be left with scraps at OL?
