Will Meyer be left with scraps at OL?

  • Can someone post a gif of Double-D owning Price at a camp... camps are much in favor of the D-Line, going w/ no pads and at a stationary target without the threat of run-blocking.

    But if camps makes you feel better about it, then i'm glad for you. I just can't wait to see our D-line getting to feast on QB's when ohio brings out their monsters on the o-line.

    Those are all top 247 kids again, not sure it will match the 2013 class though.

    Jones is far from a UM lock. Doles will be a battle if ND decides to offer.. Not liking the Cole situation. Kid has two of the best young receivers in the country on his team in Scott and Campbell.

    look what the monsters on the alabama o-line did to your d-line. bama didn't need to throw the ball once, they could of ran it the entire game.

    And that's why the coaches have recruited players like Chris Wormley, Tom Strobel, Ondre Pipkins, Henry Poggi, and Taco "Doesn't start for him high school team, but still has more tackles than Joey Bosa" Charlton.

    obviously you need to be strong on both sides of the ball to be competitive, im just saying that the strength of our team is on D line and it is more physically dominant than the strength of your team. Why is the SEC better than the rest of the country right now, ask any college football analyst, its because they a more dominant DL. Thats exactly what were building with the guys were getting.

    The SEC is better then everyone else because of DEPTH at the dline. They have the ability to rotate 8 guys without missing a beat. You and just about everyone besides Alabama, LSU, and now FSU have a really good 3-4, but there is a drastic drop in talent once you have to put in your 5 or 6 best guy.

    I don't think we've had that great of an o-line over the last decade, but it seems we run wild on your D every year. Nobody is close to Bama's level this year, especially at o-line, but that doesn't mean I don't think we will have success running the ball on your D. Our D has shut your run game down more then your D has shut ours down over the last few years, so I like our chances.

    Gold was down a few years ago, recently it has climbed to new levels.

    Your D got GASHED to the tune of 277 rushing yards in the mot RECENT meeting. Kinda like CAL did last weekend.

Rod is gone, and Hoke is here... you've got urbie who was recently booed at home against Cal because he didn't challenge a play that was obviously incomplete. But these morons wanted a challenge, and the boos were easily heard on my tv, i'm assuming the honeymoon is over?

  • We can't know for sure if our offensive line will reach Alabama level status. However we can try. Offensive line is kind of a crap shoot for how guys develop so sure a couple guys could be bad, however by bringing in 9 guys in the 2012/2013 classes we are giving ourselves a better chance at having guys produce at a high level.

    I also trust Funk a lot.

    We may lose a couple to attrition but when that happens UM will have 7 solid linemen from those 2 classes.

    well then you better keep watchin the replays of the old games and avoid watching the ones coming in the future. Sorry to tell you Rich Rod and Tressel are both gone and the Michigan team is gona be looking and playing much differently. Also your defense THIS YEAR not the last decade has not been at all impressive, let a crappy cal team run wild on you. lol

    This is why I'm an advocate of bringing in a minimum of 4 OLs every single class.

    absolutely and I believe that is Hoke's plan, when he took over he said they want to have 12-16 OL at all times so I would think he plans on taking 3-5 in every class.
