That's fair. Our new staff values speed over almost anything else. Love is football fast. That's a reson why we didn't pursue Geodon, other than He said we didn't focus on academics while talking to him even though we stopped going after Bob Foster because he didn't want to hear about academics.

From Bucknuts writers, scout writers. I didn't know that because we rarely hear from Gedeon. Most bucknuters knew he was going to you guys from a while now. Nothing lost.
I assume by the names that come up during articles, the more times they occur means the more we are recruiting him. We haven't heard from Gedeon very much.

From what's been reported our line will be alright, but why will we have to replace of FB? I'm confused. I don't think we're running the I. Hyde's reports have been good, and Brionte's have been better so I don't think losing Herron is that bad. But their will be growing pains in the new system no doubt about that.

What you guys don't realize is Meyer's trying to go national. It will allow you guys to get more quality recruits from Ohio. Tressell usually focused on Ohio. I wouldn't call it kicking his butt. The only guy that I want from your class that's from Ohio is Dymonte Thomas.(From what's being said on TOS, it appears that it's very highly likely, we do end up with Thomas at the end) That's all. We have a couple "Deveon Smith" types on the roster already. We need faster backs, speaking of we got one in Elliot. We got a TE from Cali, who fits our offense better than Butt did. We had a big LB hall last year. We're in it for Anzalone, and a couple others. Even though Smith will probably go to ND. Off the record, Hokes a good coach and a good recruiter, but I'll never say that to anyones face. lol

I think Duck already responded to this, but I'd like to make it clearer, if it wasn't already.
NO. OSU. DOESN'T. AND. NEVER. DID.
Steve Wiltfong said in definite terms that as recently as two weeks ago Meyer was recruiting him as hard as anyone. He also said any notion that OSU offered him an uncommittable offer or slow-played him is downright false. And for whatever reason it was, our coaching staff made a decision Gedeon > Anzalone, Shane Jones, O'Daniel, and also Love. Who knows? Anzalone may turn out to be a better player than Gedeon. But we don't know that. Nobody knows that at this point. But we do know Michigan's coaching staff, who knows a thing or two about defense, made a decision to turn away Anzalone because Gedeon. Also we know OSU's coaches pursued Gedeon hard. And you come here throwing around all that Bucknuts' writers'("analysts") expertise? I'm surprised others here treated you with respect, because don't see how you deserved it.

What will Gedeon bring to Michigan?
