I don't understand how all those other programs have offered him but UM has to "wait on his transcripts"... Is the gap in academics that great between UM and all those other big time schools?

I think the biggest factor Michigan has in this recruitment is Mason Cole if he in fact commits to UM at some point. They've already said it would be ideal to go to the same college and Cole would probably be the most effective recruiter being in his ear every day. Definitely way early but I got a good feeling about these two.

I'll look into that. But keep in mind that it was an unofficial visit and they flew, so there could be other obstacles that prevented him from making the trip.
