Can we find a realistic moniker for this man? I can't call him UM on these boards.

I will always use "Meyer" or "Urban Meyer".
I've never been a fan of the name-calling people try to do with things like "Urban Myth" or "Oscar Meyer" or "Urban Dictionary" that I've seen used.

Agreed. "Meyer" isn't exactly too long to use and I think mocking nicknames are childish. Avoiding using them is a good way to help separate ourselves from lesser fanbases. I just feel embarrassed for OSU and MSU when they use "scUM." Makes them look like idiots.

I call him Urbie, just because it's easy and I think it's clear who I am talking about. How many other Urbies can you think of?

I grew up in Tallahassee, Florida....of course, when Urban was at Florida they hated him and gave him the nickname...."Urban Sucks an Oscar Meyer"

"Ohio" is completely different from "scUM." It's far more in line with "That School Up North," which I have absolutely no problem with. Not childish or taunting. Just a subtle dig at a rival.
