  • Tremendous did a post-Urbs visit, and this is what Dymonte had to say.

    Dymonte Thomas: Aqua talked to Dymonte this afternoon after Urb's publicized visit to Dymonte's high school. Dymonte's response: I'm going to Michigan.

    Too bad it won't stop those Buckeyes.

  • I was at least slightly worried when he was first offered by OSU and then Brionte stayed with OSU, but I really think Dymonte places a heavy emphasis on being a man of your word and that the most important reason we'll keep him is he is developing a really strong friendship with Shane Morris. What a great pair of leaders to kick off our 2013 class, one on offense and one on defense. It's great that they're developing such a good relationship.

  • Just passing along what I've heard...sounds like Meyer is slowly gaining a relationship with Thomas I'm sure OSU will get him on campus sometime this year for his official and look for Dunn to be his host...feelings are that this will come down to a two horse race for his services

    Well Urban went to his school yesterday and when Dymonte had to talk to him he simply said "I'm going to Michigan". This will not be a two horse race, Dymonte will not take an official because Michigan commits aren't allowed to visit other schools, and Dymonte and Shane Morris are already planning on being roommates. Dymonte goes up to Michigan just about every big recruiting weekend and recruits for Michigan so he will not be going to OSU.

    Who did you 'hear' this from. Oh, right, you can't disclose that or you might lose your connection. What I heard, is he is going to Michigan, and my source is 1000 times better than yours. So try and keep your inside information over on bucknuts, will you?

    Let the Bucks have their delusions...they won't believe how much Dymonte doesn't love OSU until NSD 2013. Hell, there are guys over on some Bucks boards saying Kalis is STILL going to flip. Again, they are by far the most delusional fan base in the country, bar none.

    What Urban has done isn't so amazing. Cam Williams, Tommy Schutt, and Noah Spence were all PSU commits/heavy leans until the dumpster fire took place, Urban was just in the right place at the right time. Urban hired Taylor Decker's lead recruiter away from ND. Lastly Cam Burrows was a heavy Buckeye lean.

  • M fans need to relax....the kid is solid Blue, but don't think Urban won't make a run at him. He wouldn't be doing his job. Stories will be leaked and the kid will be getting tons of pressure for the next year. We will hear rumors, we will have reports of campus visits, we will hear it all. Thats the downside of getting an early commit from someone as highly regarded as Dymonte. I think he stays BLUE, but a lot can happen.
