First off, the badge is intended for those who have been active through the off-season and the remaining posters from the original "Michigan Thread" on tBB. It took 3 weeks for me to make the badge a reality, and anyone who was an active user through this boring off-season could have signed up during those three weeks.
Second off, it's not that easy. I'm not going to bother 247's technical staff every time we have a new member, and have them pencil us into the site's regular maintenance. To me, that seems like a great way to potentially ruin the fun for anyone else who ever wants to make a badge.
That being said, if Moon were to contribute something like a first draft of a "Code of Conduct" for Blu-Tang Clan members, I would totally reconsider.
