MSU is in for a rude awakening. Denard as a Senior, Fitz with another year under his belt..
Combine that with the fact they have a QB that hasn't thrown a meaningful pass.... UM wins this one.
Then factor in the beating we've been putting on them on the recruiting trail. It's gonna get ugly for MSU.

"1. Will MSU beat Michigan again?
Where it matters most, yes. For most people, that means a victory on Oct. 20, the Spartans’ fifth in a row in the league’s most important rivalry now that we have divisional champs. But for the first time I can recall, MSU can lose to U-M and reach Pasadena, something that hasn’t happened in 57 seasons.
It’s too early to say what will happen in Ann Arbor (see: health, Maxwell and Robinson). The Wolverines are closing the gap and should be able to stay within two scores this time. If they win the game, it won’t surprise me. They may have to do that to finish better than 7-5. But in the standings, where it counts the most, the Spartans should have another great chance for double-digit wins."

So... ...he's calling for Michigan to finish 7-5... ...which probably means he expects us to lose to Alabama, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Nebraska, and...Air Force? Iowa?... ...so he doesn't think we're capable of beating 8-4/9-3-type teams... ...and he thinks Michigan State will win 10 or more games... ...but he won't be surprised if Michigan, the 7-5 team that loses to all the 8-4/9-3 teams, beats his 10-2/11-1 Spartans...
... ... ... ...
Sparty logic, folks.

You left out the "may" part, but I agree...it's kind of a stretch to throw that out there.
I guess he sees 4 losses on the schedule (other than MSU). I think there have been a few Michigan posters predicting an 8-4 season, so it's not like he's completely insane.
