That's how it worked out for Jeremy Clark. Initially they evaluated him and offered him a grayshirt. They later watched his next film and offered a full scholarship nearer to his signing day.

I'm calling BS. If this kid is from the GR/West Michigan area I would have heard of him before now - I haven't. Ottawa Hills is David Harris' alma mater fwiw.

I'm pretty Steve and Mark have mentioned being from the GR area as well when they were running Tremendous. It doesn't add up.

I wouldn't call asking the staff to look into a kid who is saying he committed, and telling kids like Dawson and Ward that "he'll be joining them in Ann Arbor", and that he "looks forward to playing with them" foolish.

It is not a "misunderstanding" to post a pic taken from McGary's instagram showing a volleyball game that was played in October and try to pass it off as a pic he took a few days ago during a visit. You can also look at his twitter. Some of his posts are totally over the top. And now he says it was just an MLK visit? He said he received an offer ... no, wait, my mistake ... half an offer. It's time to laugh this one off and move on.

Once he started backpedalling about having a half offer, I think everyone kind of knew what the deal was.
