As do I. This isn't the first we've heard of things like this going on at Florida under Meyer. As the article stated, his arrest record speaks for itself. When it's that pronounced with 30 arrests, there's a serious problem with the coaching staff and discipline.
I understand a handful of arrests (take that back, i don't understand it...but I'm not going to deny that a every school has issues with it), but 30?! Frankly, coaches don't change the type of player he recruits. The thing about Rich Rod was that at WVU he took some players with character issues, but it wouldn't fly at Michigan. Well he got to Michigan, and we saw a spike in players with legal issues. Justin Feagin, one of his first recruits, was dealing cocaine for godsakes.
osu needs to be extremely careful with this hire. Like Rich Rod, it's high risk-high reward...but we also weren't already on probation when RR got here.

I think the biggest problem Meyer may have is his "national" perspective. He seems to be trying to promote an image that they are going "national" with recruiting and focus more on "national championships" over the big ten title.
Meanwhile, we get ALL the best Michigan recruits, about as many of the best Ohio kids now as OSU hauls in, we will likely dominate Illinois, and we still snag from around the country. While we do this, we are focused squarely on beating Ohio and on winning the big ten. I think Hoke is gonna have an edge in "the game", and that's gonna be what kills Meyer before anything else.
They may pay a big price to build their "national" brand name.
