I didn't down vote you but I can see why someone might, probably should of left the "lose really badly" part out. JMO. I'm not the self proclaimed logic legend like CMXI but that translates to "kick your ass" universally known trash talk.
I think it's going to be a great game. If we should happen to get very unlucky and lose, a couple a days down until we start to talk about the bowl game we are going to. Which one do you guys expect to play in?

Who stays longer? Meyer or Mattison? I've heard nothing of the sort on Mattison, but ya figure he may not be in it for the long haul. Maybe another 5 years. Who do we start grooming as Def Coordinator?
Meyer, IMO, won't be there in 5 yrs

All year for me too. However, since I live in Michigan(or lived) the majority of my life. I get to deal with the underacheiving Lions, Redwings in Playoffs and Tigers. So i have built in distractions. The Rich Rod years Killed me. At least with the Lloyd teams I figured we had a chance. I feel that way again with Hoke. Makes it more enjoyable to know that you will field a semblance of a team in The Game

This is exactly it though. Phrased the way it was, it implied a potential ass-kicking. If I went to Bucknuts and implied a potential ass-kicking, especially by Michigan, I'd be downvoted to oblivion.

Woody and I think Bo may have said it too...any bowl game other than the NC is anticlimactic in comparison to "The Game." "The Game" is our bowl game this year. That may be ok. Losing to your rival is worse than losing a bowl game or NC. Those of us old enough to remember the 10 year war of the 1970's are hoping this the beginning of a new 10 year war. It will be a fun ride.

I'm agreeing with you on Montgomery. They are both great coaches and recruiters, but I gotta think Montgomery is getting the most grooming seeing as he's the defensive line coach.

I didn't think of it that way, obviously, I guess I was playing the devil advocate in this one cause I have seen so many up and down games this year but you make a valid point. I didn't see us blowing Neb out of the water and didn't see Indiana or Purdue being that close so I was thinking in the way of "what if the unthinkable happens" I mean...... I drink a lot too so logic can be skewed some times too.
I dream of a day when chickens can cross the road without having their motives questioned.
