    I was melsesse over on scout (premium). I haven't been there in probably a year or so.

    I hated the interface of the old scout site, but the new site is somehow 1000 times worse. Not sure who their programmers are.

  • A lot of guys like elmonthc, maize09blue, bacon1431, bringbackmaze, etc.. all seem to be waiting things out while looking around. Some guys have disapeared and I haven't seen since the change. To be honest I think blackdream and SoJ are the only ones I haven't seen verbally say they are looking around.

  • Ive been on GBW for 3.5 years.. Look over here about once a week or so.. Now Im here 2-3 times a day cause the GBW site is a total mess.. take me like 5 min to even get on over there.. Come Jan. I'll decide if I stay a paying member there or bring my money to this site.. Keeping options open..

    I'm not a "paying" member anywhere. I really don't care if I know about commitments first or last. My main objective is discussion. I am very happy with this site after my first couple of days

    They should make the leap -- the new Fox format is ridiculous. I can't post. Seriously. Every time I tried to hit "reply," I was taken to a page where it showed me the list of ALL the boards. After the fourth or fifth time, I said screw this. I am in complete agreement with the sentiment that it was probably THE worst timing ever for a major change like that.

    Wow...but little wonder. If you're going to "improve" something by making it FAR, FAR worse -- you're going to lose business. If they return to the old format, I'll go back -- AND remain here, too.

    FoxSportsNext has made the decision to make the old Scout.com site available again starting later tonight, the transition back will be around 11 PM EDT. Fox remains committed to the launch of FOXSportsNEXT.com with a phased launch plan that works for everyone after all of the technical issues are addressed.

    I just checked the board over there -- and there are 7 people online. SEVEN. Usually, there are at least 400-500.

    I'm honestly not 100% sure. I know it's definitely in the works, but I haven't heard a specific timeframe. If you send an email to support@247sports.com, they should be able to answer that for you.

  • Well even if they plan on going back to foxsportsnext in the near future whenever they have all the technical issues figured out, the layout is still a mess. I find it extremely confusing.

    I posted a very respectful but clearly worded message saying that it is time for Rodriguez to be fired in late December 2010 or early January 2011, saying that even though he knew what he was doing offensively he as head coach had to carry responsibility for the intolerably bad defense that threatened to derail our status as a powerhouse. That was a couple of weeks before he was indeed fired but I think Beaver and Co. had decided that anything said against Rodriguez would "hurt recruiting" so they just banned people who were too vocal about it.
