Much like I think Luke Fickell could be a good coach, I think he was way over his head. I think and I hope I'm wrong, Lefty is the same way. I really wanted him on Michigans staff. I think he could have benefited from more experience, but hey no one thought Harbaugh ould be any good either. Best of Luck to Lefty...a true Michigan Man

Not a fan of the Tuna. I blame him for the mess in Miami right now. And Henne lacks touch. He's like a pitcher who has a blistering fastball but can't throw a breaking ball or a curve to save his life. He didn't get any better when he was with the Dolphins, so I wouldn't put it against Loeffler

I agree with your assessment on Parcells and that Henne has always just relied on throwing the ball hard. I just think Loeffler has gotten a lot of hype and credit without the results to back it up that he's an elite QB coach. He recruited very well and got the guy he wanted basically every year (Matt Gutierrez from De La Salle in Cali was one of the top QBs in the country, if not the top, Henne was a 5*, and Mallet was in the top-2 with Clausen) which is a huge plus. He gets credit for Brady sometimes because he was a GA at the time and worked with him a bit, but none if the other guys he coached went on to great NFL careers. He did make Navarre a serviceable college QB though, so maybe that says a lot about him.

I don't expect you to know the QB coach from when you were 12 years old (Loeffler), but if you aren't gonna Google it and have no clue what the thread is about, you dont need to post in it. I didn't bother posting in that thread you started on tBB about how awesome Justin Bieber is because I had nothing to contribute.
