This.
How do you guys feel like we stack up with the teams above us? I think we'd be comfortable favorites against #22 Stanford #21 Cincinnati #20 TAMU #19 Rutgers #16 Louisville #15 Mississippi State
I'm not sure about how we'd match up against WVU...they'd stand no chance at all of stopping Denard, and they folded this week the first time they faced any kind of defensive resistance, but at the same time you have to feel like Geno Smith would pick our secondary apart.
I like our chances against Clemson, Florida State, and Georgia...think we'd be somewhere between slight favorites and slight underdogs against any of them. Not a believer in Oregon State, like our chances against Ohio State, and I think we'd take ND if we got another shot at em. I think we'd also likely have a good shot at USC and Kansas State.
So, that leaves me with only 6 teams (Alabama, Oregon, Florida, LSU, USCe, and Oklahoma) that I think we'd be really significant underdogs to, and another 8 that I think we're on more or less the same level as, meaning our "true" place in the pecking order this year is somewhere around 9th-13th. Agree? Or am I wearing rose-tinted glasses and chugging homerjuice?

bro you know thats not what i said. all i said was i dont think it would be a BLOW OUT. after all they are undefeated and beat some good teams. and using the transitive property that you mentioned its reasonable to believe that it would at least be competitive.
just because we are fans of different teams doesnt mean we have to be like politicians and disagree and criticize every little post. man i try to be reasonable when i talk on this board but its getting old everytime having someone like you being critical when i say something. i guess i could just try staying on my own board thoughsircharles11
