I've heard that Tenn is willing to offer a salary upwards of 300 thousand for the next RB coach .. It's not really clear that manning is a possibility for Tenn but Jones knows him , Likes him and he wouldn't have trouble meshing with the staff

That's not going to happen and nor should it . that is reckless spending and then you have to take care of the other 5 assistants ( the 2 coordinators are paid handsomely ) .. I'm not saying Michigan should raise it's budget for coaches but do it accross the board adding another 4 to 5 hundred thousand to the pot would keep all very happy . I think Manning would be a great hire but i was hoping for him on the offensive side where he has the most experience

Cannot find out much about his prowess as a recruiter, other than to say he was the recruiter this year who landed the highest ranked recruit for NIU 3 Star CB Aregeros Turner who had several D1 offers including Illinois, Kentucky, Purdue, Tennessee, and Washington.
His coaching experience:
2013 - Northern Illinois University, Assistant Coach (Running Backs) 2012 - University of Cincinnati, Assistant Coach (Running Backs) 2011 - University of Michigan, Graduate Assistant (Offensive Line) 2010 - University of Cincinnati, Defensive Assistant

I originally posted this in the "Tenn hires a RB coach" thread.
I should have posted it here instead:

What about Dhani? Wonder if he has any interest in coaching.
Recruiting Pitch: "come play for me at Michigan. you can play in the NFL for 11yrs & then get your own TV show, playing sports all around the world"
