Just looking at the NFL draft last year you have to think playing defense for Saban is extremely attractive. Both schools have different factors going there way on this one.

Not entirely true. He's being recruited as a DT and/or TE/H-back at Bama. OU is a school that recruited him simply as a TE.

Basically all I hear is what I read on here. One of our posters who is usually pretty accurate, not a fake insider which BOL is flamed for after the Cam Newton scandal or lack there of, called Poggi to Bama a few weeks ago. I guess I should have mentioned that Sunseri is the new DC at Tennessee and I think that effects his view of Bama. Honestly it wouldn't shock me if he commits to Michigan but he is 17 years old and far be it from me to try to rationalize a choice a teenager might make,

Poggi is on the clock now. He would be a great addition to this class of 2013. He brings versatile skills that the coaches can enhance and grow. I believe Go Blue Wolverine said something like "There's a LOT of promise for June", in terms of recruiting activity. Let's hope Poggi is one of them.
