Michigan has had a lot of success pulling some great players out of the state of Pennsylvania in recent years (Chad Henne, Steve Breaston, Marlin Jackson, etc..) and it looks like they will continue to hit PA hard. Lots of talent year in and year out. Rogers looks like the type of receiver Michigan has been after on the outside, nice size and can make plays down the field. Steve Wiltfong saw Rogers in person earlier this summer, so he might be able to tell you more about him.

Yeah I think he will pull in many more big offers if he continues to develop next season.
