these days i stick to beer but if i get a mixed drink it's either a white russian or a tall jack and coke.

Now that I am 32 and into fitness and bodybuilding....grey goose and soda is great for no carbs and low cal. GG also leaves less of a hangover then most other drinks.
----Woodford reserve.....never tried it, but i have heard from a ton of people on here it is amazing. I also keep hearing about wild turkey with honey.

Totally agree on GG and soda. Once I got more into working out and paying attention to calories, it was a mental hurdle to sit and have 3 beers totalling 600 calories (25% of my daily target basically). Started switching up to soda water or diet soda as a mixer because even though the liquor has calories it seemed more manageable than multiple beers. I was actually tempted to try the Bud Select 55 or whatever it's called, but couldn't actually convince myself to buy it.

if your counting calories then liquor and diet soda is the way to go!
