OT: Who's your favorite baseball team?

  • Detroit Tigers. So glad today is opening day.

  • Grew up in NY, so I'm a Yankees fan. Unfortunately, that also meant me growing up as a Bills fan, but you take the good with the bad.

  • My dad was in the military so grew up in St. Louis around the Ozzie Smith days so I have been a Cardinals fan ever since. Most of my family roots for the Tigers though so I like them on the American League side. Live near Chicago so catch alot of crap when I go to the Cardinals/Cubs games. But I'm trying to perfect a drunken roundhouse kick incase one of those Cubs fans gets to close.

Bills might not be so bad this year. They made a few nice additions. Although it would suck to be in the same division as the Pats. I do think they should have waited on Fitzpatrick before giving him a long contract. Being a Lions fan I never really make fun of another NFL Fanbase for losing. I will say I hope Aaron Rodgers makes Madden Cover so it will be easier for Lions to win the division. Megatron should reject the cover if he happens to win.

    Tigers.

The 1984 Tigers are my first sports memories.

Trammel is my favorite player of all time.

One of my fondest memories growing up is listening to Cecil Fielder make his run towards 50 over the radio everyday. I loved that Homerun/Strikeout lineup of Fielder/Tettleton/Deer. Tettleton's stance is one of my favorite of all time.

We had our rough stretch, how did we win the last 2 games to save face that year?

Velander is my favorite current Tiger. Granderson was my favorite everyday player until he was traded to the damn Yankees...

Trammel was my favorite player growing up. And it's funny you mention Tettleton's stance, I always tried to imitate it but my bat speed was terrible out of that stance. I don't know how he did it.

Ahhh, good memories of riding down Michigan Ave. with my glove on, on the way to Tiger Stadium.

I was a big Tettleton fan when he was on the Orioles.
