    How is it a desperate move? There is no risk... they took one of the best available players left on the board. Norfleet is a damn good football player.

    Haven't you learned yet that it isn't about the rankings??? Norfleet was at Msu camp the same day and he out performed norfleet leading Msu to take kings commit and move on from norfleet. Norfleet was holding out for a bans offer. Never got it. Went to Tenn with intentions to commit they pursued hill more. He got back from Tenn and had no other option but cincy leading him to commit to them about two weeks later.

    They're entirely different players. And for a big, power back, Kings is average. He's nothing special. And, FWIW, the last time I checked he didn't have a Bama offer either, so not sure exactly what your point is on that.

    You know how rcmb bitches about how Michigan fans are always saying "we didn't want that guy anyway." That's what you are doing. Michigan got a higher ranked guy and you're saying your lower ranked commit is better. Please go back to rcmb and circle jerk with fellow sparty fans.

    Lol, MSU bowed out when it was clear Norfleet was stringing them along. Another kid who preferred OOS to Dantonio (Zettel, O'Brien)...lol. Poor Sparty.

    Ok....first off ...Kings is a slot receiver from Miami.power back?? Not sure where your info comes from., probably Sam webb. The point about bama is that he waited on Msu cuz he wanted the bama offer and never got it. He went to camp at bama and still didn't get it. I was giving a little history of his recruitment that he didn't choose UC over Msu.

    Ever see Alabama play? I'd say they try to be pretty pro-style. Maybe you noticed a guy by the name of Maze who has been pretty valuable to them over the years.

    I would hope he wanted a Bama offer. Most elite recruits do. This is the first time I've ever heard anyone attempt to spin that as a negative.

  • Anyways, on the one hand i'm a little disappointed because I was hoping for a big name SEC WR. On the other I like it because I was very impressed with his film and was hoping he would get an offer back in the summer. I like having a versatile back with tons of speed. Not worried at all about his height, do hope his weight is alot closer to 180 then 160 though. Lets me believe he can get over 190 here which would be nice. Was hoping we could fill this role with Edwards in 2013 but maybe we still end up with both.
