Remember hearing over the summer how he tore up a lot of camps. He always seem to be on the top performers list.

Recruiting is a never ending cycle, relax.

My thought is that Drake Johnson is 6'1 and 200+ pounds and a very different player. At the very least it's always nice to have warm bodies for depth at RB.

Johnson is someone who could even move to WR.

As well as Northfleet. Both players have flexability, and that is a great thing.

It was a luxury to take a player of this caliber at a skill position this late. We missed on other positions, so we took a shot at a skill player that may not be a position of need...but could pay dividends at RB, WR, or KR. This is a no brainer, and solid addition.

Now if Diamond commits, we can call it a class and all congratulate ourselves.

Me neither but from looking at the tape he's got good hands, really shifty. Probably could play slot.

Cincinnati has the No. 1 class in the Big East and is headlined by dynamic running back Dennis Norfleet (5'7/175). What Norfleet lacks in size he makes up for in versatility as a very similar player to Dee Hart who signed with Alabama in 2011. Norfleet is outstanding in the open field and is a terrific receiver out of the backfield. He should have plenty of opportunity to play in open space as the Bearcats have commitments from five wide receivers looking to spread the field.

We have Jehu and Amarah, those guys are pretty underrated by a lot of people.Tried to recruit several TE's this year but Brown was let go and Grant went to Oklahoma.

Right. The coaches signed a top 200 player because they were so concerned about Michigan's class ranking. God damn people post stupid things on here.

I follow recruiting ad nauseum and not just on this site. Norfleet has been discussed and debated extensively. He is not someone people wouldn't have guessed because he is so out of left field. He's a highly rated player from the State of Michigan. The reason no one thought of him is because he's not really a WR (at best, he's a slot) and he wasn't committed to an SEC school or even a school in the South. He was committed to Cincy, which last time I checked is in Ohio.

Let's just drop this, because somehow people are confusing what I'm saying as disappointment. It's not. It's confusion. And that's because the clues were very misleading. It's no big deal. I'll live. It just threw me at first.
