no way. UM is loaded. none of the freshman are going to put up big enough numbers to make it to the nba. there's too many good players for one freshman to have a big year. ball will get spread around. hardaways dad has money, so there is no point for him to go early. his dad knows that college ball comes and goes and hes gonna want his son to enjoy the experience and get his degree. burke is the only guy that is leaving. IMO I think GBlll needs two years to develop into an nba player. lets say that they all stay which is not going to happen, but if they did the lineup will be burke, hardaway, mcgary, GBlll, stauskas, morgan, walton, irvin, donnel and levert. crazy line up right there.

I think Hardaway is 50-50 and leaning towards leaving with a good season as his stock probably won't go much higher and based on off season reports he seems poised for a big year and with Burke should form what should be one of the best backcourts in the country, if not the best. I actually think last year one of the reasons he was so inconsistent apart from being 1 of our only 2 playmakers in the starting lineup was that he was thinking about the NBA and it effected his play greatly. Will see on GRIII, but It would not surprise me if he is 1 and done, nothing is ever guaranteed in college basketball remember nobody thought Morris would leave. This is expected to be a very weak draft and with a good freshman season he could sky rocket up NBA draft boards . I think GRIII will be in contention for Freshman of year in the Big Ten and Nationally.

I agree I think he's definitely the best freshman coming into the B1G ahead of Gary Harris at Michigan State or Yogi Ferrel at IU. Nationally I don't know about though I think Nerlens is gonna be a beast. Its crazy how Kentucky did that, obviously they reload with 5 star freshman every year but to get a guy whose almost identical to the best player you had last year. Noel is gonna be every bit as good as AD was.

Defensively, I would agree Noel might even be better then Davis defensively if you can believe that and a lot of scouts believe that to be the case. Offensively it's not even close, Davis is so far ahead of where Noel was at the same stage of development. Noel is all potential on the offensive side and I think that will hold him back as far as putting up big numbers in college as a freshman offensively... he just not really refined right now. I think GRIII will be in contention nationally, whether he wins it is a different argument

I can believe it. I saw the game against McGary and Brewster Academy plus a couple other Tilton games because I live in New England. Every game I watched this kid completely dominated the paint. Every game started with kids driving in and getting denied and ended with no one willing to drive the lane anymore. Incredible instincts this kid has.
To be honest I didn't watch AD much at the HS level so i'll take your word for it. From what I've seen of Noel yes the offensive game is very raw but the framework is there. Hes got some range and touch with the shot, just no moves at all in the post. But I think on lobs and ugly buckets alone he should be able to come close to the 13ppg or so that AD put up last year with the 4-5 bpg to match.
