    We've hired 100s of reporters over the years and we believe he fits the blueprint for those that turned out to be very successful in this business.

    We will have a small update announcing him later today.

    This is the first staff addition and there will be more. Growth has been very good on the site. I am looking to add another staff member with tons of contacts and experience in the Michigan market. But I want to make the right hire to go with Steve W, Clint and Tremendous.

    It is very important to us to build a great team and the addition of TremendousUM is a step in the right direction.

    Thanks for your support. I promise we are making the Michigan market a major priority and there will be more good news coming in 2013.

    Awesome! Thanks Lucky, Tremendous will be an awesome addition. I love his introductions to recruits, and I think he'll be an amazing addition to the team. We really all appreciate the commitment to the Michigan site, and having our own homer is fantastic.
