Would be a latteral position shift, not much gloty in that but may get him some more UM $$$$, plus he is a B10 guy not that means an exhorbent amount in sway.

My primary reaction is if other schools aren't coming after your assistant coaches, you must not have very good assistant coaches. Chalk another one up for Coach Hoke. He knows how to put together a great staff.
