Levenberry looks like a Michigan get to me, but that's just by evaluating his commentary.
There's no question that McCray has to be very disappointed with OSU. His dad played there, he wanted to play there, Burrows from his team is going there and guys ranked well below him are getting offers. I feel bad for him. Then again, the guy is about to be a hero on a big time football campus wherever he goes. Most of us mortals never even sniffed an athletic scholarship to a DIII school.

Well, and part of it is the 'speed factor'. Urban is looking for smaller, faster LBs, much like he had at Florida. McCray doesn't really fit that mold.
The question really becomes whether Urban can make it work, or he falls into the RichRod trap.

True. Disappointment definitely is a relative term.
FWIW, and this is not intended as a flame, but McCray's also a perfect example of the type of Ohio kid who ends up at Michigan and plays with a chip on his shoulder because he wants to prove OSU wrong. Joe Bolden is another. I think Urbue reached out to Holden late, but other than that OSU showed no interest. He also was passed over by ND, another one of his childhood favorites, who told him he was too short. At 6"2"-3", his height clearly is not an issue, but I guarantee he will remember that comment every time he suits up against the Domers in the coming years

I heard this kid has crazy athletic ability. Who cares what Ohio is doing.
I know Urban has won 2 NC n all. And that commands respect. But a lot of his moves are sure reminding me of RR.
FWIW didn't Ohio not offer Levenberry? I guess he must not be elite, either.

I lived in Columbus for 8 years. Cooke Rd is a great example. Getting off of I-71 there are Million dollar homes. Go down the block to Karl Rd and Cleveland Ave and it is gangs, drugs, and hookers.
Columbus has cool things, too. The zoo around christmas time, Cosi, Polaris, Easton, etc... Overall it is still a nasty city.
I'm not disputing Detroit.
I've actually only been to Michigan for football games and once to Traverse City on vacation.
