Much better than last time though. It has been o.k. I think our bigger problem is getting rebounds, outside of Morgan.

Decent half, but we've got to keep them off the boards in the 2nd half. I could see ohio* $tate running away with it if we don't.
We've missed quite a few layups and some open 3s we normally knock down. Shore up the rebounding, and I think we'll be okay in the 2nd half

Two things....
Rebounds were 22 (us) vs. 37 (them) and free throw shooting was 3 of 4 (us) vs. 15 of 18 (them). That is pretty much the ball game there.
Guts and Glue (of the Maize & Blue)... a phrase that Bob Ufer used all the time to describe Ricky Leach.

Final score was nowhere near how close the game actually was minus foul calls. We had so many guys in foul trouble....can't win that way.

Agree for the most part. We didn't shoot and rebound well enough to beat a top 10 team on the road. We got killed on the boards. We were playing much better ball earlier in the season, especially Smotz. Hope he gets it figured out soon or we are gonna be out of the NCAA early.
