Would be a great one. I think our defense could keep us in the game, our offense would most likely struggle though.

Who is your new RB since Lattimore is down, and how good is he?

Our back ups to Latti are a Senior: Kenny Miles...he is really solid, he came in for him 2 years ago after Latti got hurt then as well and helped us win 11 games. North South runner, 400 yards on the year.
He split carries with Frosh Mike Davis who was an Army All-American and is brother of Clemson's James Davis. He had 275 yards on season on 50 carries. Some big moves but didn't get many snaps.
Running game is solid, if Connor Shaw QB's the zone read option run is your concern with the offense. If it is our backup Dylan who just blew up Clemson, he is a pure passer.
It would be an epic match-up for fans in what is turning out to be piss poor bowl match-ups with all the upsets.

Yep, would be a great individual match up. Lewan with a good performance could push himself up into the top 10. Lewan would probably be the best OT Clowney has faced all year, besides Antonio Richardson from UTk who is very good as well but only a sophomore.

Would love to see you guys in Tampa! Though Clowney is the dominant force on our D, we are much more than just Clowney and I'm sure he would relish the challenge!

I would really like this matchup. Actually, every matchup we potentially could get will be fun.
By the way...how ugly would Northwestern vs. Georgia be in the Capital One Bowl? Yikes.

My dreams have come true. We get a piece of South Carolina. Their defense is more than solid and very good pass rushers. But their offense is nothing to be concerned about, especially since Lattimore is gone. I think this is the best match up we could hope for. Two very evenly matched teams in my opinion. Here's to shutting up all SC fans.

Im sure it is in other threads, but we can't go to the Outback if Cap One takes Northwestern. The 2 extra wins for Nebraska locks them in ahead of us, at least what I've read so far today.

One problem is a potential rematch between NW and Vandy. Idk. Maybe they can put Miss St in the Gator instead of Vandy to solve that.

IDK. 3 of our 4 losses were against the #1, #2, and #3 teams in the AP poll. While losses, we lost to 2 undefeated teams, and a NC team. UM looks attractive to me.

I love the matchup if it happens. Can't wait to hear the Ole Ball Coach give his thoughts on Michigan. Clowney-Lewan will be a fun matchup To watch. Wish Lattimore and Toussaint both would've been able to go as well. Interesting storyline will be two of the ugliest injuries this year hit us both.

This. I think Georgia has a lot of success against the Michigan secondary. I think Michigan can keep a lid on SCar's offense.
So I think a Michigan-SCarolina matchup is a last-team-to-score-wins game, while Georgia would probably get a little separation.
