Figured I'd chime in on behalf of Mr. Wiltfong though I do not know him personally. First the pay sites regardless which one make money bringing you (us) information, and because it is a money business (and often a battle of who got it first) often times there is not an exhorbent amount of time for rechecking, because then they face the comments "Well so-n-so site had it first!" so they are in a damned if you do, and damned if you don't situation. Also, I have a lot of respect for Scout and Rivals, and even ESPN personnel (well except one guy at Scout but those of you who know me know why) but every last one of them have posted incorrect, unfactual, or sensationalized information because let's face excitement and drama sells. That said, if you are a subcriber to scout you also know it is a very "My way or highway" dictatorship there, and at least here for the most part you are allowed to have a contrary opinion - if this thread was on GBW do you believe the owner would let you confront him? The thread wuld be locked, and more than likely you would be banned - just think about that a moment. I mean is it not reasonable for Steve to believe what other employess of the same company post? Then follow up on it...trust me the GBW has posted incorrect information before, so cut the man a lil slack.
