Ok, to help clarify the scholarship deal with EEs, I'll take a stab at it. The concrete number is 85. At no time can a team be over that after a certain date, which I don't recall at this time, but the 85 is the important thing to remember.
With EEs, they are obviously allowed to join during January and participate during Spring Ball. The question remains is how many? I don't think there is a limit, it just depends on which class they belong to. An EE can be counted towards the previous class, as long as the class size is less than 25. If not, they would be counted towards the current class.

but from the way the rulebook said, it looks like they won't account towards scholly numbers until the fall so EE's won't push us over #'s.
