Bucknutters are scurred. Reading them trying to make themselves feel OK about what Hoke is doing is hilarious. The comments, excuses, etc. are priceless.

Haha. I love how they have everything VIP'ed. But it is great to see the "oh yeah well this top 100 player isn't that good. Or Meyer has someone better lined up. Or these kids have already peaked.

They keep repeating "he didn't have an OSU offer".
Perhaps it's time they realize, that's an indictment on their coaching staff.

Definitely far from over and have to prove it on the field but great thing is now can do identical plan that we did and can now start putting more resources towards 2014 class as well and keep getting these elite guys early

I can agree on this lol. I still think both schools end up with top 5 classes. It's just so crazy to see so many commitments this close together!

He did?
Meyer seems to think his last recruiting class had some marginal players.
On the flip side, our coaches think that every single one of our players is capable of contributing as either underclassmen or upperclassmen.

Both classes will be elite, no doubt. I may not like TSUN, but its not fun beating you guys when you're down. This is good for the B10 too. Were going to bring respect back to the B10...

That may be true, considering some of those were not his recruits. But I think he did it for motivation, he wants guys to hear that and wanna prove him wrong...

Here's the deal, champ. Unlike you and Sparty, we don't give a damn who you get. No matter what Urban Frank does in the next 11 months, it has no effect on what Hoke & Co are doing.
To look at it anothe way, UF has 2 MNC on his resume to help woo recruits. Meanwhile, all Hoke had was a sb-.500 record at Ball St and SDSU. It's akin to a first year walk-on coming in and becoming an All-American while the highly regarded 5th year senior is all-conference honorable mention.
MSU isn't a very good football program.. takes year of consistent winning to get to that level. - copemoney 1/22/13
