with the list of songs/artists everyone hates...it'll be tough to find one that should be played!
In all seriousness, there's not a ton of songs that inherently bring fan participation, so you're going to hear the same ones at every stadium across the country.

In all seriousness, there's not a ton of songs that inherently bring fan participation, so you're going to hear the same ones at every stadium across the country.

I think players should have the most input. IMO, music can be a huge amp up for people. The players enter the stadium with headphones to prep them for games, why not let them dictate the music that gets them the most hyped and ready to play? I doubt that the team gets real amped listening to the crowd singing Sweet Caroline. And if all else fails, more marching band.

I'd be in favor of more Marching Band, but as you said, I do think piped in music adds something to pump up the crowd.

I mean, Eminem, Kanye, Jay-Z have all played through those loud speakers and I don't see the old people throwing a fit about it. They probably shake their fists at a cloud and mutter something about their lawn, but at the end of the day if it gets their team more in to the game I don't think they'd care.
