Michigan has a great turnover ratio in the fact that they don't turn it over much, but statistically, that's more due to the good play of Burke than anybody else. If your point guard avoids turnovers, you are going to have a great turnover ratio because he is going to handle the ball on the vast majority of plays. However, when you're talking about a press like VCU uses, it's going to force the ball out of Burke's hands.
It's not like Michigan is incapable of getting around the press, but guys like Stauskas and LeVert are going to end up in the backcourt with the ball a lot more and they have struggled in those situations at points this year. It's been a lot of guys, but things like lazy passes will be a feast for VCU. VCU certainly has its own flaws, but it could give this team problems. Plus, one of the flaws of the press is that it can often give up useless fouls, but with the way Michigan is shooting free throws, they probably won't do much damage that way either.
