It's huge to get kids like Allen and McGrath to walk on for at least the 1st year without having to use a scholarship on a backup kicker/punter.

McGrath has a big leg. 5 of his 8 made FGs from the 2012 season were between 48-57 yards. It's likely he'll earn a scholarship once Gibbons graduates although Kenny Allen may have something to say about that.

Any idea if he's been kicking off turf yet, or just off a tee still? Some guys struggle to make the transition (though 57 with a tee in high school is still pretty damn strong).

QB: Morris
RB: Smith (Green?)
FB: Shallman
WR: Dukes, Jones, York
TE: Butt, Hill
LT: LTT
LG: Bosch, Samuelson
C: Kugler
RG: Dawson
RT: Fox
DE: Charlton
DT: Hurst, Poggi
LB: Gedeon, McCray
CB: Lewis, Stribling, Douglas, Dawson
S: Thomas, Hill
LS: Sypniewski
K/P: McGrath
We'd just need one fill-in LB (Shallman could just play the other DE spot), and we'd have a complete team out of the 2013 class.
