Virginia fans seem to think he's a strong lean towards us, just going by their comments to the article.
For what it's worth, they were also very complimentary about our program and seem like pretty cool fans. I thought the same about VaTech during the bowl season. May have to add them to the list of schools I pull for.

Most were complimentary, outside of the guy who was questioning our tradition without actually knowing what he was talking about. He said, " they also fired their most successful ever coach and replaced him with a fool." which must've been referring to Carr -> RichRod and is false on multiple accounts. Carr was a successful coach and won a NC, but to call him the most successful coach ever in Michigan history is wrong. Yost, Crisler, and Bo all had a higher winning percentage in close to, or more, seasons coaching. And he wasn't fired so they could replace him with RichRod, he retired and while they clearly made a mistake hiring RR, at the time he was a hot commodity who had previously turned down the Alabama job the year before. I don't expect opposing fans to know our tradition, but I also don't expect them to spout off like they do know it when they clearly do not.

bill kurelic has info on red cedar rumblings stating that he has a top three of state, mivhigan, and virginia. his dad played football with one of the state coaches recruiting him and that he was not close to a decision. in fact he is still planning on making a swing through ann arbor and lansing before making any conclusions. this seems pretty contradictory to having a top two....

Yeah, I mean I'm not sure. State fans are nodded as well and they are not really sure. It was direct quote as well from him saying I'm not committing anywhere until I visit both schools. So I'm hoping its fluff but as of right now we will have to wait and see
