Ugh! That's an awful time for Jefferson. Hell- I ran faster than that when I was in highschool. Being fast isn't everything tho. Work ethic is another story tho, as someone mentioned after your post here. That's scary when your own coaches throw you under the bus.

As for Trufant- I think he goes no later than end of the 1st. Think he'll be the #3 CB off the board, somewhere around 20-25. Hell- he could end up going before Rhodes.

Something very confusing about this post. You ask why nobody would take him, but then admit to not reading posts, to know if anyone had mentioned him. Either way....

I'd take Mathieu if he were to fall to (what im hoping will be the Lions) compensatory pick at the end of the 4th Rd

See I personally think Rhodes will end up being the best corner in this whole draft. I would take Milliner, Rhodes, and Poyer before Trufant. Trufant played like a 1st round stud during Senior Bowl week, but played more like a 3rd rounder throughout the season if you go back and watch his tape. I never get fully sold on guys that do this up and down stuff.

So now that we (may have?) DeAngelo Hall , no Milliner in the draft?

if he's there I think you take him. Need another corner. Could turn our biggest weakness into our biggest strength.

Cherilus is solid. There was a website where he was graded out to have had the best season out of all the RT's last year but I couldn't tell.
Hopefully the Lions stay away from Hall. Head case who doesn't play well into his contracts...just keep Houston and if you really want to make an upgrade go after Goldson or Quin.
