Regarding twitter, one thing I love about Kevin Sumlin, he sends out a #Yessir tweet, whenever A&M gets a commit. It doesn't directly mention a recruit, so it's not a violation but all of the A&M fans know what it means. I wish Michigan's staff did something like this.
Steve Sarkisian always tweets "WOOF!" whenever Washington picks up a commit.

MSU isn't a very good football program.. takes year of consistent winning to get to that level. - copemoney 1/22/13

To be honest, we do have better options than Marshall on the board.

Andrew Williams
Malik Mcdowell
Jesse Aniebonam
+ some others I'm forgetting.But we are happy because it's OSU decommitment from a Michigan kid.
But we will most likely miss on some of those guys, so Marshall is a GREAT plan B player.

At least this is an honest answer! I would agree that the main thing I saw out of this is that it was a Michigan player, he was from anywhere else your fans wouldn't have flipped out and we wouldn't have been as mouthy, lol
