Also didn't CBS report JoePa was dead a while before he actually was because they wanted to be first and ended up wrong? I am hoping this is that case again.

If I'm not mistaken though, JoePa still ended up passing away within a day or two, so they weren't wrong they were just early.
And even though Willie Henry was quoted here saying he had not committed to Michigan, refuting the Sam Webb reports, he still ended up committed to Michigan.

I really hope he doesn't go, the NBA told Morris last year he was a first rounder and he got picked in the second round and is now floundering in the D league because he didn't do anything as a sub for the Lakers. And I don't think Burke is hearing from anyone that he is a first rounder, Chad Ford has him second round at best.
Edit: I don't mean to compare Burke to Morris in skill, just bringing up what happened to Morris last year in comparison to what Burke is hearing this year.

Burke should learn a lesson from the last two guys that entered the draft early. It didn't pan out well for them....

Also Chad Ford has Burke at #70 in his top 100 which is borderline undrafted territory. I don't see why you would leave with that low of a projected spot.

It really depends on how much you like college and how happy you are with your current situation. These guys can make a living playing basketball without making it in the nba. They can go play overseas. Not that i want Burke to leave or anything.

Anyone heard anything new on Burke? It's been like 3 minutes since I've seen somebody tweeting that he's leaving or staying, so wondering why it's so quiet all of a sudden.

The more I think of it it sounds like he has decided but not formally declared, and that he wants to declare on his own time and not have some rumor or anonymous source spill the beans on his decision.

He didn't say he hasn't decided. He just said he hasn't declared yet and that he is still enrolled at Michigan. Those are the rumors. Maybe his family is trying to convince him to stay in school.
