On 45 counts of equally disgusting things. Sentence should come in about 90 days.

at it taking that long for the sentence to come down. With that many counts and I think 17 mandatory felonies they may as well just call it a life sentence and be done with it.

I'm surprised it didn't take longer. The jury had to examine (and reach consensus on) 48 counts.

I think he's talking about the sentencing taking around 90 days. Seems like they can just say "go rot in jail," but hooray for being thorough.

In the slammer he'll find out what its like to be bent over in the shower , nasty mofo we'll get what he deserves, whats wrong with people? i can't understand how anyone can harm children, whether its sexual, mental or physical abuse, you can't be human if you can bring yourself to hurt kids

i think its a minimum of 60 years to a maximum 442 years. so he might get out when hes 128 years old.

I meant that I'm not sure how long life may be for him in prison after his fellow inmates get ahold of him.

While he's getting what he deserved, the damage has already been done to all the children he victimized. What he did isn't something these kids can just forget about. And to think it could have all been stopped through red flags and investigations by Penn St. and police. I hope this guy burns forever in the depths of hell because I'm not sure he'll see anyone in jail. Being a high profile case, they'll probably have to keep him in solitary confinement for his entire sentence knowing the things other inmates would do to him.

Unfortunately, Sandusky's punishment wont change the behavior of animals like him. We have to prosecute Curley, Schultz, and Spanier to stop these animals. Read the attached article. They didn't care about the kids and they looked the other way.
