Why I feel compelled to explain myself to you is beyond me, but nonetheless. I post this stuff OCCASIONALLY to point out a couple things:

How dumb people sound sometime
AND
How hypocritical everyone is.

Every fanbase thinks the other fanbases are delusional and/or stupid. I copy and post these things to show how idiotic they are.

That said, Saintlex posted the only thing I really should have responded with: because I can and it's a Michigan board. Don't like it? Tough s**t.

swizbeat is mad that Due points out how stupid his fanbase is.

Frankly, I'm glad I don't have to read his stupidity anymore but thanks for posting that...I guess.

That list is about to get "revised".

They're all pooping their pants right now. I'd just rather not have our writers lie to us like theirs do.

If Butch Jones had just had one more month, I don't think Bell would've gone to OSU.

Also, this bears consideration - our signing of Derrick Green probably indirectly contributed to OSU whiffing on Hurd. Tennessee's depth chart at RB took a hit without Green, and early playing time undoubtedly was appealing to a top talent like Hurd. I'm sure he would've thought long and hard about committing to Tennessee if they already had another 5-star RB in the class ahead of him.

Hopefully Tennessee locks up their borders, BOB locks up PA, Brady takes what he wants from MI and leaves some scraps for Dantonio while he pillages Ohio for some of their top talent.

Honestly, if you're only paying attention to the OSU-related threads on this board, you'll get a lot of the copy-paste posts, because we like laughing at the idiocy of Bucknuts.

However, if you're actually interested in reading the vast majority of the posts on this board, you'll notice that there's mainly football/recruiting discussion, mixed with a bit of humor and community-interest posts. Alternatively, if you do frequent more than just the OSU-related threads and you think it's all "copy/paste/smiley", then I don't know what to tell you.

Judging by that list (probably a bad idea but whatever), it seems like they still don't get it regarding OL. They've signed a handful of good/decent players over the past few years but their depth is basically non-existant. I'm not saying they need a complete overhaul like we had the past couple classes but they are falling in love with "skill positions" and forgetting about the trenches on offense. I'm more than OK with that.

Also, and believe me I hate doing it, Ohio is more than set at RB as it is. I was actually kinda shocked that Hurd was realistically considering them in the first place given how their depth chart looks. They've brought in something like 5 highly rated RB's in the last two classes, so I have no clue why a top back would consider them if they want to be "the man"
