2014 CB. Potentially a 5*.
6'1'' 200lbs.
Grew up a huge Michigan fan, and is extremely interested in Michigan. He has an offer as well.
Based off measurable's alone, this is a guy I want.

Westphal is probably analogous to Lewis's ranking this year - mid to low 4 star. Peppers is a top 3-5 kid.

That would be insane. Not out of the question, but still hard to imagine. Going to be a battle for all three of those guys, and Michigan will certainly be in the thick of it. McDowell seems very likely, but hard to say yet with Peppers and Hand. At least they're clearly interested.

I think we've got a very good shot at McDowell, decent shot at Peppers, and not much of a chance at all for Hand. I would love to have all 3, but I'll be dancing in the streets if we just pull McDowell and Peppers.

Jabrill is the truth. I really cant wait to find more tape on him, but hes like a young prime time based on what I've seen. Join the squad bro, go down in history as one of the best.
Also, I imagine that we would be in a top 3 for McDowell, and a top 5 for Peppers, so thats a solid start to begin with.

Theres not alot out there, but hes just better then everybody, its that simple.....that OMG material will have to wait til the up coming season it looks like.
