Bama, Stanford, Texas, Florida, Ohio St

I would go with Bama and Ohio St for the chance to play for a championship
I like Stanford for the education and Texas/Florida for the weather

  • 1. Stanford
    2. Michigan
    3. Texas
    4. USC
    5. PSU or Cal

All a good mix of education and football and campus life.

  • Michigan- of course.
Stanford - A degree from Stanford is gold. They only admit around 1500 kids per year and it ranks as one of the top universities in the world. Also, it's in a gorgeous part of the country.
UCLA - I don't think the campus is all that great, but it's in the best location possible. Excellent academics, and they play their home games at The Rose Bowl.
Notre Dame - tradition. Great school.
No idea who would be my fifth. I'm not familiar with SEC schools and their locations, which is a huge consideration for me. I've been to Duke and UNC, and they're both very nice so I would probably consider them. Harvard would be a choice just because of the education.

MSU isn't a very good football program.. takes year of consistent winning to get to that level. - copemoney 1/22/13

  • 1. Michigan - it's Michigan, fergodsakes.
    2. Stanford - best academic school in the nation where you can still play decent football.
    3. USC - oh, the women.
    4. Bama - Best chance at a national championship (at least now).
    5. Ole Miss - What? I wanna get PAID. biggrin

  • 1. Alabama - It is clearly the best program in the country right now.
    2. Notre Dame - The prestige is still there.
    3. Michigan - Big time program, on the rise, with huge TV audience. Top academics.
    4. Ohio State - Big time program, with huge TV audience.
    5. Stanford - Rising football power, and an elite academic institution.

I like you list except I'd probably slide Georgia in over Ol Miss as those Georgia girls really knock me out.

  • 1. Michigan - obvious.
    2. Stanford - The Michigan of the West.
    3. Texas - Austin is an awesome city, UT football is king, weather, women.
    4. Florida - The least stereotypical-southern of the SEC powerhouses; weather, women big plus as well.
    5. Penn State - Always kinda liked them growing up, but post scandal not so much. Just wanted to put them down because of what they used to be.

Ohio St does not make my list for obvious reasons. Neither does ND; living in northern Indiana for a few years, there is absolutely no appeal to ND for me. It's pretty much in the middle of nowhere and is not a fun college town.

  • My Choices

    1. Michigan - Wouldn't be right otherwise
    2. Texas - Arguably the most total package of any program in the country
    3. Stanford - Education, yes, but also in an amazing location as well.
    4. UCLA - Better campus than USC, relatively equal education
    5. Florida - Reasons stated above; the Swamp is an awesome stadium as well

Notre Dame and Alabama just miss the cut.

  • --Stanford - education, I like what they're doing, pro-style game.
    --Penn State - because I'm a fan.
    --Alabama - wins.
--San Diego State - I don't travel much, but I've been to San Diego twice and I love it. Beautiful city. I also root for underdogs and hate conformity. I'd enjoy doing something different simply because.
--Northwestern - always rooted for them outside of playing Penn State. Like Pat Fitzgerald, his energy and what he's doing there.

  • Michigan - we all know why (leaders and the best)
    FSU - weather and girls
Ole Miss - cause I'd be rich before I graduated flex
Texas Tech - cause I was a QB in highschool
Mount Union Purple Raiders - I'm guaranteed to have a Natty in my pocket for the most part

  • 1. Michigan - Just the tradition and I'm a huge fan
    2. LSU- Would love to play in Death Valley, also Miles would be an awesome coach to play for.
    3. USC - Unreal girls, when they are good it's like it's a pro team in LA.
    4. Bama - Always competing for a NC, Saban one of the best coaches ever.
    5. Stanford - Awesome combo of athletics and academics, beautiful campus.

  • 1. Michigan
    2. Oregon
    3. USC (If Kiffin wasn't there)

Can't think of anyone else I can tolerate enough to want to play there.

  • Michigan, for obvious reasons.

UGA, Texas, Vanderbilt for Athens, Austin, and Nashville respectively.

Stanford, for great football and academics.

  • Michigan---obvious reasons
    Texas---weather, girls and winning
Florida State---weather, girls, always liked the school
    UCLA---education, weather and girls
Any SEC school I could get paid at

Btw, I'm surprised at people putting ND and Ohio St in their picks. I couldn't bring used to play for either and I'd have to throw the game against the Wolverines lol

I'd feign strong interest to all of the top-5, lure their fans in with my charisma and excitement in interviews, then throw all of the non-Michigan hats into a shredder on signing day when I announced while laughing. Then I'd enroll in Michigan and study psychology to try to figure out why I'm such a dick.

    YES.

I would love to troll the crap out of other schools.

The only problem is that I'd also love to be a recruiter and help build a class myself, but it'd be really, really, really funny to mess with our rivals.

  • I'd talk it all out with Brady Hoke so he knows what I'm doing, but then I'd take OVs to USCw, Alabama, Florida, and Texas for the girls and scenery. My final OV would be to Ohio State, where I'd commit. Urbs would stop recruiting other people and then I'd sign with Michigan on NSD.

I love the commit and signing day flip. clap

Tweet positive tOSU stuff, fluff them up when writers ask for interviews (keeping in touch with Hoke the entire time)... Have everyone convinced that you are locked with no chance of flipping and then let Hoke tell ESPN about the flip on one of his interviews that morning.

  • 1. Michigan-why not?
    2. FSU- Location, girls, it should be easy to win a NC playing in the ACC
    3. Texas- Girls, Girls, and more girls
    4. Wisconsin- Madison is freaking insane
    5. Bama- To make it to the league
