IU Loses to Ohio: Michigan Controls Its Own Destiny (Again)

In a hard fought game, Indiana went down at home to Ohio State. This means that with just two Big Ten games remaining, Michigan now controls its own destiny. They go on the road to Purdue on Wednesday and play Indiana at home on Sunday. Sunday is shaping up to be as epic of a showdown as last year's game between MSU and OSU in East Lansing. Here are the basic scenarios for teams to win the Big Ten title:
-INDIANA
- Beat Michigan (outright title)
- Lose to Michigan (shared title)
-MICHIGAN
- Beat Purdue & Indiana (shared title)
-MSU
-Beat Wisconsin, Northwestern & Michigan win over IU (shared title)
-WISCONSIN
- Beat MSU, Penn State, & Michigan win over IU (shared title)
-OSU
- Beat Illinois & Michigan win over IU (shared title)

Where are the Wisconsin-MSU and OSU-Illinois games being played?

In an ideal world, I'll be pulling for Illinois, Wisconsin, and of course Michigan. That way, it'll be IU/UM/UW for the title instead of MSU and OSU. Would be perfect IMO. Although it would be kind of funny to see MSU and OSU fans rooting for us on Sunday if they both win.

Wisconsin and MSU game is in East Lansing. OSU & Illinois game is in Columbus. Yes, assuming Michigan beats IU & Purdue, odds are pretty high for a 4 way tie.

I'm torn, as it truly isn't that attractive to share a 5 way reg season title....Don't know if I'll 'Pull" for you as much as I'll "Pull" Against IU...their coach has lost all my respect with his coaching his players to fake getting hit in face to try to get fouls called. Three games in a row they've done this. If I was a player and he told me to "go up to someone and act like they hit you" I'd lose all respect for him. Hey, how about I go try to steal the ball, and if I can't then we foul and send them to the line like real men do....

Torn? First of all it would be a 4 way regular season title. More or less the same as last year, and it's safe to say we're all glad to have a piece of the pie.
Second, how on earth do you use the word torn here? The options are simple; We win, and you guys get a share of a big ten title. Given we beat Purdue tonight (not saying we will) that would mean Michigan also gets a share. So for you guys to get a share, we get a share. Or, if we lose, Indiana gets to own the title and boast about it for the next year, while none of us other (semi) deserving teams get something to cheer about.
How on earth are you even remotely torn? Either you get a big ten title or you don't. If the roles were reversed, I would go purchase an OSU shirt for Sunday night.
If you are torn, you are saying you care equally as much, if not more, about Michigan losing as you do OSU winning. If that's the case, your priorities as a sports fan are f*cked.
