I LOVE the Michigan stand on commitments,

No problem. Like you say, facts are facts. For a 'second tier' program, MSU sure spends a lot of time at the top of the conference. Didn't see Mich or OSU in the Big 10 title game, but congratulations on your recruiting rankings...

DUDE you sparties only benefited from the screw up we made in the RRod hire.
As the top dog with a galactic reach we will get who we want, and if not, then they
ultimately were not a good fit, except for a limited few we just lose.

Granted you have had a great run, but it is being shut down and there is not much
you can do or say to change it. Just accept it and you will be fine.

lol I am not trying to be an ass or anything but i love your definition of a lot of time at the top of the conference. MSU has one 1 conference title in how many years? And that was a 3 way tie. You made it to the Big Ten title game this year but lost. You were 6-7 the year before that and got blown out by the top 2 teams in the conference Hoyer's senior year. I wouldn't consider this a lot of time at the top of the conference.

    Lmao

I barely use the term lmao but really? You guys went to one conference championship game and all of a sudden you guys are the king of the conference. Tell you what, enjoy it while it last brotha. As the past 100 years have proven you guy will get a shot to rough the punter here and there, but you can expect to be on the outside looking in 95% of the time.

Congrats on winning during our worst year ever. Enjoy buddy

HOKE & CO asks the kids before they commit to Michigan if they are ready to end their recruitment? Why? Because when a kid is committed to Michigan the school and coaches are equally committed to you. So before you commit be sure you do your due diligence and know what you are committing to with Michigan. If you (the recruit) wants to look around, fine do so, just do not commit, because if you commit to Michigan and you decide to look elsewhere. You will be uncommitted in our eyes since your commitment to Michigan was not a true commitment.

In other words, you can look around all you wish before you commit, but after you commit and you look at another school, we will pull your schollie and you can look all you wish!

I LOVE THIS POLICY! The kids learn from day one what it means to be a man and to make a commitment. Then if they decide differently, they suffer the consequences. Son, this is how you become a man!

This way the only person who is pissed is Meyer and Ohio, because when we have most of the blue chippers outta Ohio and their response to Meyer & Co is, "Thank You Sir, But I am committed to Michigan, now, please leave me, my family and friend alone!" What a way to be a man!

    GO BLUE!

Ask Stacy how he feels about Hoke's commitment to him.

Caleb decommitted to stay home. We didn't push him out, we could really use him he was our only center commit.

What in the hell are you talking about? Stacey said he decommitted from Michigan to go to Cincy to be closer to home. He didn't say anything about Hoke as far as I know.

Dude you have zero knowledge or credibility whatsoever. You obviously know nothing as well. You like the usual bucknut or spartoon can make accusations, but they are unfounded and completely untrue and totally full of bunk. Stacy went back and committed to Cincy to be close to home.

Frankly each one of the few de-commits we had all LOVE our policy of NO VISITS. Why, they know they have one of the finest global institutions fully committed to them for their academic success. The value of a Michigan degree far exceeds a bucknut or sparty degree, period. I do not mention that to degrade those institutions, but rather compliment them because all schools in the B1G have very high standards, and a Michigan degree has galactic influence.

So before you attempt to degrade Michigan's high standards and the level of commitment we invest in our student athletes, you should consider how your school does NOT hold a candle to Michigan in any way shape or form.

What irritates me is the blatant limited incandescence of ones intelligence who criticize our coaches and program due to their pure dislike or hate of Michigan.

Why you cannot simply accept the facts that we have high standards and our recruits like the standards and the schools commitment to their success.

Unlike Meyer and the SEC, we do not run kids off so we can pack our roster with an NFL style, produce or leave type attitude.

    Go Blue!

  • I still don't know why people say RROD's spread never worked... It worked great, he just didn't know defense was also part of the gAme... I believe he will do great in PAC 12 where you don't have to play D

It didn't work against the better defenses in the Big Ten.

Because for people to apparently believe the spread was successful Michigan was going to need to put 40+ up on anyone and everyone the played. Or at least that's what I've gathered over the years.
