    Ha! Good point. I still feel good about Green. He may be waiting to see coaching hires, but this is highly risky for him IMO. You now want to attend schools about to go through re-builds - in an already tough SEC??

  • I'm liking what I'm hearing about Green. I also think we pull in another OL, maybe Hunt. I just don't have alot of confidence we land either of LT or McQuay. I do think we will get another CB to replace Connely though.

    Just what I read though!

    I never said we will know about Derrick Green in a month, never said anything about his timeline. I quoted you saying Leon McQuay was an early enrolee not Green.

    For Michigan this year, Green is a must! While I really like Deveon Smith as a RB, you need "a pair and a spare" to really establish the ground game. If Hoke & Borges is seriously about changing over from the spread to a more pro-style attack, you guys will need bigger backs than Vincent Smith and Norfleet. Green and Smith would be a nasty duo for Michigan. The OSU game should have really cemented UofM's need for bigger backs who truly can run between the tackles.

  • Green looks good. I think we will definitely get one OL to fill the spot. McQuay is 50/50. LT is the one I really want that, if I had to guess, I think we miss out on.

    The o-line has a lot to do with running between the tackles and we're not there yet
