My personal rankings at QB: 1. Illinois - Scheelhaase is back for a 3rd year and completes >60% of his passes. Losing Zook has to help more than losing Jenkins hurts. 2. Ohio State - Miller should be great in Meyer's offense, even if he doesn't put up huge passing numbers he'll be a big threat. 3. Wisconsin - DOB should be pretty good with Ball and that mauling o-line. I also really like Bart Houston. 4. Penn State - McGloin is a fine game manager and Bolden still has a chance to be special. 5. Purdue - 3 serviceable guys, but don't think any of the three can get them to 8 wins... 6. Indiana - I do not envy Kevin Wilson...
