    We are going to go ahead and build this site out. We have a great start and ton of Michigan users. We appreciate your patience -- it just takes time to get everything put together.

    We've had a great two years launching many new properties to go along with some established college team site brands. Just a few that we have focused on with full resources:

    -- Florida State
    -- Tennessee
    -- Texas
    -- Penn State
    -- Georgia
    -- Texas A&M
    -- LSU
    -- Florida

    Michigan and USC are two of our primary focuses going forward. It takes time to get everything lined up, but it should be a solid year of continued improvement for both fan bases from a 247Sports perspective.

    I agree and if this site could get a UMhoops.com type basketball coverage going I am in for sure. Or just somehow get the guys from that site to join the Wolverine247 team and i would be a happy happy man.

  • Steve is going to be doing both recruiting and team coverage and will be doing both football and basketball. This brings this site more in line with our others in terms of offering a wide spectrum of content.

    We just needed to find the right person and have had our eye on Steve for some time. As is the case with most things, the timing needed to work out.

    Personally, I don't think there's a person out there that knows Michigan and will work as hard as Steve will to bring you guys what you deserve- and that's the best.

    First, thanks to Steve (or Wiltfong) for putting my name out to Shannon and JC. I'm looking forward to getting started.

    What was accomplished at Tremendous was done in about a year's time while working a full-time, career based job. I'm glad my hard work has paid off, but even more excited at the prospect of actually having a legitimate amount of time to devote to giving you guys the best coverage I can.

    Recruiting is what this all revolves around, but I'm also looking forward to building high quality team coverage, football and basketball.

    My other goal? Earning the respect of those who I may not have it of yet (I'm looking at you Rico).

    In short, I appreciate the opportunity and I'll do what I can to make it worth your time.
