I agree. It's gotta be Hand and I think we have a lot better shot at him than Peppers. Plus there is so many other great DB's out there this year.

I do think spending a weekend with Mattison and Hoke may put Michigan in front in Hand's mind. However, it will be real difficult to ride that recruitment out til signing day in front with Bud Foster in Hand's backyard.

1 in 3 chance for Hand, which is as good as I'd give any program.

I disagree....if he visits for UTL this year like many elites are, it will have a profound impact as it will be one of the best settings you can witness in college football...so many recruits will be at that game and will help for 2015 also, just like how it helped for the 2013 class 2 years ago.

PSU went from not even a blip on the radar to maybe in his top 5 and he wants to set up another visit thanks to his trip up to PSU even with the sanctions. I would think a visit to UM would be pretty important (less important because he already likes UM and doesn't have to worry about sanctions, but still very important).

PSU might be intriguing for him because he could be guaranteed to play on both offense and defense if he wanted...allthough that would take a huge toll on his body and would be something to think about both postively and negatively

Since the last comment here, both Peppers and Hand have committed to visits. That's exciting and has to reduce the pessimism on here.
If they feel like they're a fit with the Michigan style, I think we stay #2 for Hand, with a slight chance to pass VaTech for #1. For Peppers i think we pass Ohio but it will be tough to pass Stanford.
